This type of racking significantly increases storage capacity without increasing storage space. We reduce wasted space with aisles between racks while maintaining direct and independent access to pallets. Each mobile unit consists of double-sided shelves mounted on a mobile metal base, allowing them to move along rails embedded in the floor. The aisles within the shelves can then be opened independently and in a controlled manner. This reduces access to a single aisle per block of several double-sided shelves.
This system is always accompanied by a safety system with automated emergency stop of the racking aisles according to current standards.
This system can be connected to the WMS, or to the automatic lighting of the cell, access doors, conveyors or any other automated system, controllable at the same time as the mobile racking.
